There are Two (2) Ways to fill out the College Scholarship Application:

  1.  Print it and send it by email as an attachment orUS postal service or deliver to church office.
  2.   Download the PDF.  Fill out the PDF Form, PRINT it and  submit it by attaching to email with all other documents.

If you DON’T have Adobe Reader DC get it here,  it’s FREE!   https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/  Select open with Adobe Reader, Fill and Sign.  Fill in the appropriate information, sign,  save and (important) send as attachment via email to the specified address.
